Delivery of files/orders

The edited documents meet the agreed deadline. Do inform us without delay if you still have not received your document. We consider your document “delivered” when either your registered email confirms the job delivery via notification or when you receive the attachment carrying your edited documents.

Delay in delivery of files/orders

“Any edited document is designated as ‘delayed’ only when all the mentioned delivery-related conditions, as outlined in our terms and conditions, remain unfulfilled by the mutually agreed-upon delivery date and time.”

Fees and Invoicing

The policy of an advance payment ensures professionalism and the continuity of mutual trust. Under this policy, we ensure that the client has paid full fee before we start working on the given task. The document remains undelivered in case of failure in paying the full fee before the delivery. All the payments are made under the well-defined following procedure:

A valid invoice is issued by us for every service.
A notification is issued to the client/clients to download their deliverables.
It is your responsibility to furnish correct and complete billing/contact information.
Any change in your provided billing and contact information must be conveyed to us without delay.
An issuance of another invoice is assured by us in case of later identified errors.
Billing dispute is permitted against our invoiced amount. However, it follows certain procedure:
You are required to send a formal request in a good faith along with the evidence in support of any incorrect or overcharged invoice.
The validity of such a request is one month after the issuance of the relevant invoice.
Once the (a) and (b) are fulfilled by the client, we carry a thorough investigation. On the completion of the investigation, you are given five Business Days to pay the outstanding amount.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy is very flexible, as we first ensure the quality service. In case of your unsatisfactory report of your document within reasonable time, we are committed to complete the referred assignment for free. The matter of “Quality” refers to our promised service as stated in our business website. We also offer 100% refund to our clients when they don not receive the assignments in due time. However, the whole policy again follows a procedure:

A written request by the clients is mandatory to resolve quality dispute. The request may be sent through the registered email or through the online account.
The formal request must identify all the areas of concern including the editorial errors and omissions. This will allow our experts to resolve all such issues promptly and professionally.
The confirmed orders are not cancelled by any means.
